Thinker Writer Builder

Ideas for a life worth living.

I write and build about the same question: how do we design work, rest and freedom so that a modern life actually feels worth living — for us and for the world?

The pause between two waves.

I am a true multipassionate: I love diving into different projects, challenges and motions. The ocean, kitesurfing, music, exploring new places — they all shape the way I work.

I build sustainable businesses that fit into the life you are dreaming about. For me that means freedom in time and location, and a nervous system steady enough to enjoy it — which is why breath is at the centre of everything I teach.

What I think about

working notes
01

Leverage should buy you time, not status.

Most people use leverage to climb faster. I'd rather use it to buy back hours, location and attention — the only compounding assets that can't be sold back to me.

02

The breath is the fastest lever.

Every ambitious plan runs on a body. Before strategy, before discipline, there is one thing you can change in ten seconds: how you breathe. Regulation isn't a self-care extra — it's the operating system your work and judgement depend on.

03

Many passions are a strategy, not a flaw.

The modern world rewards range: people who can hold ocean, business, art and science in the same head see the connections specialists miss.

04

Break the good girl script.

Obedience is expensive. Most of what women are taught to call responsibility is just fear with better manners — and unlearning it is the real work.

05

Build businesses that could stop tomorrow.

If a business needs your burnout to survive, it isn't sustainable — it's a job with extra risk. Design for slowness and it will still be here in ten years.

06

A better world is built at life-size.

We don't fix systems with slogans. We fix them by living differently in public — one business, one boundary, one honest conversation at a time.

On living a multifaceted life.

A talk about refusing the single-track story: why many passions are not a lack of focus, but a way of building a life — and a world — with more range, rest and honesty in it.

four currents, one rhythm

Four different surfaces, one mission: make freedom practical. Each project takes one piece of it — the body that carries the work, the business that funds the life, the story we have to unlearn first.
